Location: Farnborough, with travel as required to client premises
Working pattern: 3 days per week on site, 2 days remote
Salary: TBC depending on experience, plus Company Bonus and Benefits

The Role:
Parico is seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager who prospers against the challenge of working closely with a small business to solve complex and challenging problems across the Public Sector landscape.

As the Service Delivery Manager, you will work closely with both new and existing strategic customers in close collaboration with Business Winning and Chief Technology Officers teams to ensure that we deliver quality-assured solutions both increasing our revenue as well as ensuring high customer satisfaction. You will be seen as an expert in delivery across a multitude of projects and services within both the Public and Private sectors.
Reporting into the Parico Leadership team, the Service Delivery Manager is responsible for managing all related Client Account, Commercial, Finance, Governance and Resourcing activities across the portfolio of Services and Projects.
You will work closely with cross-functional department leads, stakeholders, and the Parico Leadership team to build effective client relationships.
Responsibilities include:
- Operating as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to the service(s), overseeing service delivery to ensure it meets client requirements, expectations, and business objectives.
- Represents the Service function through participation in management meetings and steering committees.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and develop and implement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Prepare monthly reports on account status for internal and client reporting, covering key Commercial, Finance & Resourcing updates, metrics, risks, issues, and escalations.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our Service, Projects, and Programme in accordance with the agreed Contract and Work Package/Statement of Work deliverables.
- Ensure relevant delivery projects are well-organised and managed in a timely manner. Ensure all stakeholders, both internally and externally are regularly updated.
- Work collaboratively with internal cross-function support teams to improve Back Office processes to ensure they support client delivery needs.
- Developing new business from existing Clients/Commercial Vehicles to maximise revenue and actively seeking new business opportunities.
- Influence and manage stakeholder relationships, to ensure projects get delivered to time, cost and scope. Maintain effective financial and project progress reporting, ensuring frequent revenue and cost tracking of customer requirements, with regular analysis as appropriate.
- Work closely with the Finance department to ensure all associate days worked, invoicing and client invoices all align
Our Ideal Candidate:
- We're looking for someone who has over five years of experience and is ready to take their career to the next level. You will have a track record in Account Management with a proactive, can-do attitude.
- You will have a goal-orientated mindset and outstanding organisational abilities and diary management skills.
- You are dynamic, proactive and driven individual, with strong interpersonal communication skills, with a high focus on attention to detail.
- The ability to multitask and prioritise an ever-changing workload.
- Excellent project management skills and proactive visibility over tasks and responsibilities.
- A Microsoft Office savvy person that thrives on producing quality artefacts and reports.
- A reliable and trustworthy individual that is a go-getter and can run without much hand-holding.
- Someone confident and resourceful that can find creative solutions to issues at hand.
- Hold a UK Driving Licence and able to achieve UK Security Clearance.
- Ability to hold a minimum of UK Security Clearance (SC).
