Location: Bordon / Farnborough
Working pattern: 3 days a week / 2 from home
Salary: £45,000 to £55,000 depending on experience, plus Company Bonus and Benefits

The Role:
Parico are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our Permanent and Associate recruitment capability. You will be responsible for helping us find unique ways to identify and entice talented, in-demand candidates in the Defence, National Security and wider Public Sector sector to join our business to further drive our growth.
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will have full autonomy and support from our Leadership Team in developing and implementing a recruitment capability that supports our business goals and growth objectives as a technology focused business.
What You'll Be Doing:
Full ownership of hiring outcomes, ensuring alignment with business priorities and attracting top talent that fits company culture and values
Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies, leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, our ATS (Teamtailor) and other tools to expand the talent pipeline
Build and maintain excellent relationships with hiring managers and candidates, guiding them through a seamless end-to-end recruitment process
Coordinate interviews and manage offers, ensuring smooth communication between candidates and hiring managers
Continuously improve hiring processes, ensuring effectiveness, efficiency and an excellent candidate experience
Onboard and integrate new staff, introducing them to company culture, processes and systems
Our Ideal Candidate:
Proven recruiter with experience in both agency and internal recruitment, handling technical and non-technical roles
Expertise in high-growth SaaS or startup environments, comfortable navigating fast-paced and evolving business needs
End-to-end understanding of the careers lifecycle, from attraction and recruitment to development and retention
Innovative talent sourcing, going beyond traditional methods to identify “hidden gem” candidates
Adaptable self-starter, capable of driving initiatives independently and keeping processes moving efficiently
Passionate about talent development, mentoring and coaching new employees to help them reach their potential
Excellent problem solver and influencer, able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
